Return eligibility
Unused products in their original condition and packaging are expected to be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Starting a return
Contact support with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
Defects and damage
If a tool arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with a description and photos. We will work to replace it or make the situation right.
