Shipping area

Initial shipping is planned for addresses within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may be added later.

Processing time

Small-batch products are expected to leave the shop within 3–5 business days when in stock. Product pages will clearly note preorder or made-to-order lead times.

Rates and tracking

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier service. Tracking details will be emailed after shipment.

Packaging

We plan to use compact, recyclable packaging wherever practical, with enough protection to make sure each tool arrives ready for work.
