Information we handle
Depending on how you use the store, information may include your name, email address, shipping address, ordered products and options, fulfillment and tracking information, transaction or payment status, Stripe transaction references, and communications you send for support or quotes.
Custom-print requests may also include uploaded 3D model files, original model-page URLs, requested dimensions, material and color preferences, project notes, rights-certification timestamps, license-review information, and quote details.
When a browser requests the site, basic technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and security-related request details may be processed by our hosting and application infrastructure. Holding Tolerance does not currently operate a separate marketing analytics or advertising-cookie program.
How information is used
Information is used to process and fulfill orders, ship products, coordinate pickup or delivery, send transactional messages, provide customer support, prevent fraud and security abuse, maintain business, tax, and order records, resolve disputes, and operate or improve the website where technically applicable.
Service providers
Stripe provides payment processing and hosted Checkout; Supabase provides database and application infrastructure; Vercel provides website hosting and deployment; and Resend delivers transactional emails. These providers receive or process information as needed to perform their services and operate under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Holding Tolerance's application does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in its application database. Order records may retain payment status and provider transaction references needed to process and manage orders.
Custom-print files and links
Uploaded models and model-page links are used to review manufacturing feasibility, licensing, and quote requirements and, only if a request is later accepted, to manufacture the requested item. Customer-submitted designs remain owned by their respective owner or rights holder. Private model files are not published as public storefront assets.
Transactional email
Order messages may include confirmations, shipment or tracking notices, pickup-ready notices, delivery updates, and completion notices. The order email sender is orders@holdingtolerance.com. Transactional contact information is not added to a marketing list through this storefront.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, business records, legal or tax obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your questions and choices
For reasonable privacy questions or correction requests, contact hello@holdingtolerance.com. Some order, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or other business records may need to be retained even when a deletion request is made.
Children
The storefront is intended for general consumers and is not directed toward children under 13. Holding Tolerance does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the store, its services, or its practices change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
