Acceptance
By using holdingtolerance.com or purchasing from Holding Tolerance, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or complete a purchase.
Store purchases
You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, and delivery information. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and Holding Tolerance confirms the order. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
Products and manufacturing characteristics
We aim to describe products accurately. Because many products are 3D printed, normal manufacturing characteristics may include minor layer lines, texture variation, or slight cosmetic variation that does not affect intended function. This does not excuse an actual defect or a materially incorrect product.
Colors
Screen settings, lighting, filament lots, and manufacturing batches may cause minor color differences. Product options identify the intended color, but exact screen-to-product matching is not guaranteed.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change prospectively. A price change will not alter an already-completed purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where Holding Tolerance is required to collect it.
Shipping, fulfillment, returns, and refunds
Processing, carrier estimates, delivery arrangements, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the current Shipping & Returns policy. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Product-use responsibility
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow applicable instructions. Select wall anchors, fasteners, tools, and protective equipment suitable for the material, load, and task. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsuitable for the job.
Custom printing
Custom-print requests are reviewed individually and do not create an order, guarantee manufacturing, or collect payment. You must have appropriate rights or permission for any design or file you submit. A model being available online does not automatically permit commercial manufacturing. Holding Tolerance may decline requests involving unclear intellectual-property rights, licensing limitations, unsafe or prohibited items, manufacturing limitations, model problems, or applicable-law concerns. Your certification is part of our review but does not automatically establish that commercial manufacturing is permitted.
Customer-submitted content
If you send a design, model, image, file, or model-page link for a quote or manufacturing request, you grant Holding Tolerance only the limited permission reasonably necessary to evaluate licensing and feasibility, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and, if separately accepted later, manufacture the requested item. Customer-supplied and third-party files remain owned by their respective owner or rights holder.
Intellectual property
Holding Tolerance branding, original product designs, and site graphics or text created for Holding Tolerance remain protected as applicable. Third-party model designs remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses; these terms do not claim ownership of them.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, use the store for fraud, or request products that are unsafe, prohibited, or unlawful.
Warranties and responsibility
We will make reasonable efforts to provide products that match their descriptions and intended function. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holding Tolerance is not responsible for indirect losses or damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, unauthorized modification, ordinary wear, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the store and its services evolve. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted and do not change the agreed price of a completed purchase.
